At the age of 7 I sold Christmas cards door to door to make money for a pair of roller skates and I knew I found my calling!

I have been In sales all of my life, both In the field and in leadership positions.

I'm driven to help my clients achieve their goals and have the determination to make it happen through hard work, creative solutions, and relentless effort.

My clients appreciate the high level of communication they receive from me and most of all they love my straight forward, down to earth approach.

You will find in me an agent who will not rest until your house is sold or your new home is purchased.

In my free time you’ll find me on my Concord farm, playing with the dogs, working in the fields or floating in the pool.

New Hampshire is a vacation destination for so many and I feel blessed to live hear year round.

I enjoy taking advantage of all of the outdoor beauty every single day!

Adam Ragoschke

Adam Ragoschke is originally from the midwest. He never knew that he would end up buying his first home halfway across the country at 29 years old with Kris LaBrake. Unlike many snow birds, Adam has made New Hampshire and Southern Maine his permanent home for the past 8 years.

Adam originally obtained his Master in Landscape Architecture but has always had a love for real estate. He's passionate about two things, four-legged friends and the outdoors. So finding homes that incorporate both indoor and outdoor living spaces is a must. Adam believes, NO ONE should have to give up their pet to live

where they want to.

Ironically, New Hampshire and Maine represent the BEST of the outdoors. So when Adam found his home conveniently located between the lakes,

mountains and coast, he knew he was home.

When he's not focusing on his career, Adam loves to spend time exploring with his German and Swiss Shepherd. You can find him and his pups hiking in the White Mountains, boating on Lake Winnipesaukee or enjoying a walk on one of Southern Maine and New Hampshires beaches.

The passion for helping to create "home" for others has been ingrained in me since childhood. My parents--a principal architect (dad) and an interior designer (mom)-- always kept our own house strewn with the accessories of "creating home": site plans, CAD drawings, swatches and tile samples. It was inspiring!

That passion for "home" has only developed and led me to the career in Real Estate that I love. Helping to navigate folks through the nuances of the homebuying process brings me joy every day. Buying or selling a home is often one of the most consequential and personal chapters in many of our lives so I'm proud to bring my clients the learned ability to make the journey as headache-free as possible. Lasting relationships with my Buyers and Sellers (and wonderful team of Realtors!) nourishes my business, so I thrive on the real estate journey being a pleasant one.

I'm also proud to maintain the vision for architecture and design that I was raised with and I just love touring properties.

When not jetting around Southern NH assisting clients, you will most likely find me at the barn. I have three horses who I compete with in the sport of showjumping and I love to get my hands dirty with barn chores. If you're looking to buy or sell a horse property, I'm your gal! Regardless of the inclusion of a barn or not, I'll work tirelessly to help realize your visions of home.

Jason Manning

I am a family man, to me family is everything. I have been married to my amazing wife Teri for 30 + years. We have 2 children, who are both grown and on to the higher learning portions of their lives.

I am proud to say that I am a US Army Veteran who has spent many years that followed my military service working for the US Federal Government is various enforcement roles, with various agencies  in the war against terrorism.

After many years of medical struggles as a result of my military service, I was able to regroup, create an even stronger version of myself, through the love

and support of my family, friends, medical staff , my dogs and my prayers

and my personal relationship with God.  I consider myself blessed and very thankful

for all my blessings and life in general.

I have a passion for helping others and a desire to help people move into the next chapter in their lives. Working as a buyers and sellers agent allows me to continue to serve people. I specialize in working with Veterans, but also simply love helping anyone and everyone I can with their real estate goals.

Jen Pinkham

Jennifer Pinkham’s passion for real estate is rooted in building relationships,

earning trust, and helping people achieve their dreams. Growing up in a hardworking, self-employed family, she learned the value of dedication at an early age. Her father was a dirt contractor and her mom was stay-at-home-mom, and she was raised on a farm, where she spent years in 4-H raising andshowing beef and dairy cows. This strong work ethic carried into her early career as a logistics

supervisor, where she managed over 40 employees. She left the cooperate world and stayed home for 9 years to raise her family, until she took a leap of faith into real estate, inspired by herown experiences of relocating from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania, then upstate New York, and eventually back home to New Hampshire again. Through these moves, she gained a deep understanding of the importance of finding the right place to call home—an experience that fuels her passion for guiding others through life’s transitions.Today, 95% of Jennifer’s business comes from past clients and referrals, a testament to thelasting relationships she has built.

She takes pride in serving New Hampshire and Maine, where she highlights

the beauty of all four seasons and the unique charm each community offers.

Her vision extends beyond helping families buy or sell homes—

she is committed to creating a legacy that provides a strong foundation for her children while building a business that allows her to enjoy life to the fullest. Whether it’s traveling, spending time with loved ones, or one day settling into a second home in Tennessee, North Carolina, or Virginia, Jennifer is dedicated to making every step count. At the heart of it all, her mission remains the same: to guide people through one

of the most significant decisions of their lives with care,

expertise, and unwavering support.

I have been fascinated with real estate since childhood. My mother was a single parent of 3 switched careers at 40 years old and became a realtor. It was difficult, yet very rewarding. I quickly became enamored by the structures and designs of homes, the ability for her to work for herself and design her own schedule. However, life had different plans, I got into the medical field instead because of the stability, got married, and had children. I worked as an ophthalmic technician for 27 years and became burned out during COVID. My children were now grown and off to college, therefore I decided to dive into real estate and the rest is history!

I had 6 transactions within the first 6 months, and the numbers continue to climb! Soon after my husband joined me and we have truly enjoyed working together as a team to help clients reach their Real Estate goals. I think being an empathetic person truly helps in building my business and making for a truly personal and wonderful experience for my buyers and sellers!

In the future I would love to continue to build my business with my husband by becoming more involved with Veterans, as we are a big military family and I feel it is one small way to give back! I would also love to expand my business and service by expanding my location, becoming licensed in MA and helping investors, mobile home buyers, and sellers and maybe learning a new language such as Spanish or sign-language! I am very much in love with real estate and am passionate about the work that I do! This actually doesn't feel like work, it feels like a labor of love! While it is stressful at times, I consider it a good stress. I love the flexibility of the business, working for and answering to myself (only), and mostly I LOVE helping people

find their next home and forming life-long relationships! I am excited at what t

he future brings and when I think about my future, it makes my smile and daydream  about all the wonderful things that come with financial prosperity, love of what your doing and love of life in general!
